State law requires that you receive state-mandated information and consultation in-person 72 hours before an abortion. This means you will be required to have at least two separate trips to our facility.

Financial Help. Our funding assistance experts are available to talk with you about options for funding assistance and help overcome barriers like childcare, transportation, hotels, and more.
Judicial Bypass. In the state of North Carolina, judicial bypass is available to any young person that is under the age of 18 and chooses not to, or cannot, seek consent from a parent in their abortion decision. While we encourage minors, who are able and comfortable speaking to their parents about their pregnancy and decision to have an abortion to do so, we know that this is not always possible.

If you prefer or require exclusive privacy to ensure that you are not seen or recognized by other patients, friends, or families, we offer fully private abortion services. We can address and provide special security issues as needed and promise you full and complete confidentiality.*
